- Access CNH's e5cinco web portal here to obtain required information for payment at one of the authorized banks.
- Download the “Help Sheet” for the corresponding item:
- Access and technical support for visualizing and downloading data related to a set of deep water contract areas.
- Registration, capability assessment, bid acceptance and ruling in a bidding process of hydrocarbon exploration and extraction contracts.
- Fill out the “Help Sheet” with information on the interested party.

The payment must be made directly at one of the authorized banks. The e5cinco web portal is only the means to obtain the required information and the “Help Sheet”.
- Make the payment at one of the authorized banks by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (either online or over the counter at the bank branch)
- Online payment:
- Access the authorized bank's online banking web portal.

Select either “Pago de DPA” or “Federales”.
- Enter the Reference Code, Numeric String of the Government Agency, as well as the amount payable.
- The Bank Receipt with digital stamp provided upon completion of the operation must be printed as proof of payment.
- Over the counter payment at bank branch:
- Submit the “Help Sheet” at the authorized bank's counter

Make the payment in cash or by personal check from the same banking institution.

A Bank Receipt with digital stamp will be issued and it will serve as proof of payment.
- Online payment:
- Keep the Bank Receipt to conitnue with the procedure at CNH.
