White Paper
On June 13, 2019, the Governing Body of CNH approved the cancellation of the Bidding Process CNH-A6-7 Asociaciones/2018.
Resolution issued by the Governing Body during the 32nd Extraordinary Session.
The National Hydrocarbons Commission has provided all citizens with access to the White Paper of the Bidding Process CNH-A6-7 Asociaciones/2018, which can be found under the second tab of this section. Likewise, the subsequent tabs feature supporting documents on the most relevant actions, organized according to the different stages established in the Administrative Regulations on Bidding Processes for Contracts for Exploration and Extraction of Hydrocarbons, issued by this Commission.
2. Admissibility of the Migration

5. Prequaification criteria and information required for the invitation to bid and bidding guidelines.
Official Notices, and the corresponding exhibits thereof, whereby the Ministry of Energy submitted information for the preparation of the Bidding Guidelines under articles 12 and 13 of the Hydrocarbons Law, which foresee that, in the case of Entitlements migrated to Contracts for the Exploration and Extraction of Hydrocarbons, Petróleos Mexicanos and the rest of the State-Owned Productive Companies may take part in alliances or farmouts with legal entitites, and that CNH must perform a Bidding Process to select the partner, was well as articles 35 and 36 of the Regulations of the Hydrocarbons Law, which foresee that the Ministry of Energy is in charge of submitting to CNH the necessary information for the publication of the Invitation to Bid to CNH (Spanish Versions Only).
